It is possible to renew the profile of the Andante card, from July 1 to September 30, without the customer having to charge the monthly fee now. The customer must go to an Andante store, CP ticket office with an Andante sale or Andante points of sale in the municipalities, with all the necessary documentation. The Anda APP can also be used, students must previously download the App to their mobile phone. When they go to the store to renew the profile 4_18, the sales agent can immediately transfer the profile from the card to the mobile phone.
